HOTEL INFORMATION

If you do not get lodging through one of our registration packages, you will need to reserve your room. Recruiters, exhibitors and professionals must reserve hotel rooms directly with Hilton Garden Inn El Paso / University, either by calling the direct reservation line or using the online reservation link.

When making your reservation, you must identify yourself at that time as a MAES Leadership Academy 2024 attendee to receive the special MAES rate.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to the day of arrival, or first night’s room and tax will be charged.

NOTE: Hotel will allow reservations to be plus/minus three (3) days around the conference dates, if available. Dates must be included in original reservation to receive the MAES rate.
